1. How long will it take to recieve my Vinchee Pack?
We do our best to fulfill orders as soon as we receive them, but on average it takes us about 1-2 days to get your Pack on the road. You will receive an email notification as soon as your bag is en route to its destination.
2. What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal. Using PayPal enables us to offer the most secure payment gateway.
3. How secure is this store?

4. What's Your Return Policy?
For packs purchased during the holiday season we will gladly accept returns for up to 15 days from the date of purchase.
All Sales are final for packs sold during one of our sample sales.
5. What kind of warranty do you provide?
As do our best to ensure that each pack is sent out ready to accompany you on your next adventure. We stand behind all of our merchandise with a year warranty. if your product has a manufacturing defect, we are happy to repair it free of charge. As we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your pack please send us an email even if you may be beyond the year and we will do our best to make sure you are fully satisfied!
